Doktorlabs provides scientific research and technological development services in modern laboratories. Our activities focus on innovation and the advancement of knowledge in specific areas of science.

• Research and development (R&D) consulting services.
• Data analysis and experimental studies in controlled laboratory environments.
• Collaboration on technological innovation projects.

Research results are inherently uncertain and we do not guarantee specific outcomes, miracle solutions, or certain benefits.

3.1. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when necessary for the provision of the service. You are responsible for the use you make of the information or results provided by Doktorlabs.

3.2. Our Obligations

We commit to performing our work with the standard level of professional diligence in the research sector. We will provide the services described in specific project agreements.

3.3. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights arising from research projects will be governed by the confidentiality and technology transfer agreements signed by the parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doktorlabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability, in any case, shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the services that gave rise to the claim during the six (6) months prior.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Fees for services will be detailed in a separate proposal or contract. Payment will be made according to agreed timelines and methods.

• Invoices will be issued upon delivery of milestones or according to the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may be subject to late fees.
• Refund conditions, if any, will be specified in writing in the project agreement.

Either party may terminate a service agreement for just cause, notifying the other party in writing with 30 days' notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms of Use.
